Project Name: Gostil Ableism Awards
Year: 2024
Objective: The main objective of our project is to build a shared response and consciousness against discriminatory, aggressive, ableist, marginalizing and similar actions and discourse towards people with disabilities. For this purpose, discriminatory words and behaviors published on social media and mainstream media are identified. These recorded words and actions are sometimes disseminated immediately after the incident and at other times at the most opportune moment. In order for the reaction and the shared content to be effective, visuals called "Gostil Identity Card," produced with artificial intelligence support, are used. The unacceptability of discrimination is kept on the agenda through the implementation of this process. The announced candidates are rewarded in three separate categories at the end of the year.

Project Name: I do not like it!
Year: 2019
Objective: It is a project developed to convey to the society the situations that visually impaired individuals (mostly) are not satisfied with. The situations and behaviors added to the catalogs by visually impaired individuals are visualized after being organized by our association. The created images are regularly served through e-mail groups and social media. Thus, if visually impaired people agree with the idea in the content served, they share it on their social media accounts and convey the situation directly to their social circles. In addition, thanks to this publication, the awareness of people who do not have visually impaired relatives is also raised. Furthermore, this publication also aims to raise awareness among individuals who do not have visually impaired relatives.
